How do I list an item?

Tap the '+' button, add photos, set a title, price and category, then publish. Your listing goes live immediately.

Is nibango free?

Yes — listing, browsing, and chatting are all free.

How do auctions work?

Sellers set a starting bid and duration. The highest bidder when the timer ends wins. You receive a notification if you win.

How do I contact a seller?

Open any listing and tap "Chat". You'll be connected instantly via the nibango chat.

Can I edit or delete a listing?

Yes. Go to My Listings, open the item, and use the Edit or Delete options.

Is my payment secure?

nibango facilitates discovery and chat; payment is arranged between buyer and seller. Always meet in safe, public locations.

How do I report a listing?

Open the listing and tap the "Report" button. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

What are badges?

Badges reward you for milestones like first sale, 10 listings, verified profile, and more.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account. Your account enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
